Our Quality Policy
It is Viconics’ mission to provide the highest quality products and services that always meet contractual requirements and consistently satisfy or exceed our client’s expectations.
Viconics is committed to a program of continual improvement. This program is founded upon the policies and procedures contained or referenced in our Quality Assurance Manual, and the dedication of personnel employed by Viconics.
Products provided to our customers are continuously monitored. Information derived from monitoring the system is presented to management for use in planning and continually improving system performance. Input from clients is actively sought and used to ensure that the services provided fully satisfy the client’s expectations.
Product quality is the direct responsibility of the President, who, together with all the management, fully endorses the policies set out in this manual.
This quality policy is communicated to all employees. Employees at all levels of the organization are expected to fulfill the requirements of this policy in all of their work related efforts and decisions.
The quality policy is reviewed at least annually for suitability at the management review and is under document control.
