- I am having communication issues with my BACnet network. Thermostats are going offline and back online, and some wrong values are being displayed at the front end.
- What are the recommended settings for the nviSendHrtBt, nviMinOutTm and RcvHrtBt when using the VT7200, VT7300 or VT7600 series with LON communication?
- What is the difference between nviSetpoint and nciSetPts when using the VT7200, VT7300 or VT7600 with LON communication?
- When changing the setpoints on a LON thermostat, the values do not update in the nciSetPts.
- I am using the T7600 (older version of the VT7600) with LON communication. When setting the occupancy through the network, using the nviOccManCmd, the user is not able to override the unoccupied mode through the thermostat.
