Viconics Inc. Summer Shutdown
Dear Customers,
Viconics Inc. would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being a customer. In an effort to better help you plan your purchases we would like to inform you that beginning July 27th to August 7th, 2009 inclusive the office and production facilities will be closed.
Our customer service, technical, sales and shipping departments will be open during normal business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. During this period the shipping department will be able to fill orders whose normal lead times are one week or less.
Custom OEM products with three-week lead times must be placed on or prior to July 3, 2009 to be shipped before or during the shutdown. Orders placed after this date will be shipped with normal lead-time upon our return on August 10th, 2009.
