Viconics continues to raise the profile at the M&E show 2010.

In a continued effort to raise company profile in the UK, Viconics has exhibited at yet another very successful trade show:  “The Building Services Event M&E 2010.” This adds to the momentum created at the recent “HEVAR” exhibition in which we participated, and forms part of a sustained strategy of attendance at key shows for Viconics across Europe throughout 2010 and 2011.

M&E is a relatively new show on the trade calendar, 2010 being its 3rd year. In that time the show has grown in popularity due to the fact that it is presented alongside two other events, “Energy Solutions” and “Total Workplace Management.” This ensures that the event provides a real mix of attendees, including a high percentage of end users keen to find solutions for their particular interests. In differentiating from the HEVAR event, M&E provides a focus on key product areas including controls, cooling, electronics, heating, lighting, security and ventilation, and is supported by an active agenda of seminars provided by exhibiting companies.

During the exhibition, held at London’s Olympia, October 6th and 7th Viconics displayed a complete range of products to an audience of consultants, contractors, end users and system integrators. With a steady focus on ‘Lowest Installed Cost’ and ‘Simplified Automation’ we have showcased products from our core range; namely our; VT7200 Zone Control, VT7300 Fan Coil Unit Control and VT7600 Heat Pump Control.
Also on display were our newly released products; The VTR7300 Data Terminal and accompanying VC3000 Relay Pack. These new products are aimed specifically at the retrofit market and will provide installers with significant cost savings as opposed to traditional fan coil unit control configurations. In addition to VTR7300, our new Wireless Zigbee solution was shown and received a great amount of interest from the show delegation.

Viconics were one of a small number of controls manufacturers present at the exhibition, and due to this we attracted a good number of visitors to our booth. Even with the proliferation of the internet, and the availability of online documentation, visitors to the show were there to find solutions and meet with key suppliers of these solutions and discuss product application.
