2010 AHR show a success!

This years’ AHR show went well beyond our expectations on every level. Overall attendance was up to 44 000 and we had a very busy 3 days, demonstrating our latest products and solutions.

Our visitors were genuinely interested in learning more about our latest BACnet and Wireless Zoning Systems. The newly released VWG-APP-1000 wireless communication card and new integrated fancoil controller were also very popular along with our wireless hospitality and portable classroom solutions.

System Integrators and contractors were pleased to hear that they could lower their total delivered costs by using our simplified automation solutions to minimize installation and commissioning time. They also were very pleased to learn that Viconics’ products require no additional software tools for start-up and are fully functional as stand-alone devices on first installation. Most realized the tremendous advantage offered by our open protocol solution in allowing the familiar physical layer of choice to be used, thus reducing the learning curve associated with other technologies.

Consultants and building owners were interested to learn how our open system solutions could increase their return on investment, lower energy costs while improving occupant comfort for the retrofit of existing buildings.

Visitors were intrigued by the fact that our wireless systems greatly reduce installation costs by eliminating the need for running new sensor and network wiring. This robust, simple to use solution integrates easily into both retrofit and new installations.

We thank you for making the 2010 AHR show a great success and hope to see again at the 2011 show in Las Vegas with the introduction of what we feel will prove be exciting new technologies.
