I am using Andover Continuum Cyberstation and not able to discover the thermostats. Why?

After verifying all the basic settings and installations (see first question), disable all the network cards on your work station and enable only the network card that the BACnet network is connected to. The Cyberstation is unable to do the discovery process if more than one network card is enabled.
