I am using Alerton Envision as my front end and having problems with thermostats going offline or not discoverable, is there any fix for that?

After verifying all the basic settings and installations (see first question), a specific setting to Alerton envision might solve this problem. Under the network settings, uncheck the “Read Property Multiple” box. This might also disable the segmentation, which is not supported by our thermostats.
