Can I see the status of the digital inputs BI1 and BI2 and of the UI3 input through the BACnet and LON networks without these inputs affecting the functionality of the thermostat? In other words, while setting the parameters to NONE?

Yes, you can. The status of these inputs is available in both BACnet and Echelon models, and is independent of the setting of the parameters BI1, BI2 and UI3.
If using Echelon, the SNVT containing the status is nvoSccStatus. Refer to the Echelon Integration Manual for more details.
If using BACnet, the Boolean points BI1 status, BI2 status and UI3 status are the objects to look at. Refer to the BACnet Integration Manual for more details.
