I am using the VWG, with the configuration Tool, and I am not able to discover the wireless thermostats?

When dealing with wireless thermostats, make sure the Pan ID and Channel are both the same at the thermostats and the wireless gateway. Make sure also you don’t have duplicate MAC addresses.
