Viconics Electronics Inc. showcased the latest additions to its product line at the 2008 AHR Expo held in NYC at the Javits Convention center.

Visitors to the Viconics booth participated in demonstrations underlining the major advantages of two exciting new products: The Viconics Wireless Zigbee Gateway and Wireless Thermostats.  These latest product offerings provide the end user with a powerful solution to reduce total installed and commissioning costs as well as ways to shorten the Return on Investment for retrofit projects. The Wireless Zigbee Gateway and Thermostats also open new opportunities by allowing the centralization of non-centralized mechanical equipment without the need to run any additional communication wiring.

Other featured products that extended Viconics functionality to an already flexible and popular product line included the latest VI-PIR, Viconics thermostat with embedded passive infrared motion detector which allows for incremental energy savings during occupied periods without sacrificing occupant comfort.

This years exhibition was one of the busiest ever for Viconics. Our booth staff fielded questions and demonstrated the functionality of our new products throughout the duration of the show.
